All decisions remain solely your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

  • Certain Services require paid subscriptions or one-time fees
  • Prices are displayed in applicable currencies and may change
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

No refunds are provided unless required by law or explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • AI models and logic
  • Software, code, dashboards
  • Text, graphics, logos, trademarks
  • Reports, frameworks, methodologies

are the exclusive property of Water of Wealth AI™ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
  • Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Misrepresent AI outputs as guaranteed financial advice

Violation may result in immediate termination.
