1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Water of Wealth AI™, including the website, platform, AI Wealth Builder™, modules, dashboards, partner matching features, opportunity discovery tools, communications, institutional partnership services and related digital experiences.

By using the platform, creating an account, requesting access, submitting information, purchasing a plan, joining a pilot, using partner matching, or interacting with any module, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Platform Services

Water of Wealth AI™ provides AI-powered strategy, business intelligence, opportunity discovery, matchmaking and execution-support technology. Services may include:

• AI Wealth Builder™ strategy roadmaps and profile-based recommendations
• AI Stock Intelligence™, Investment Intelligence Hub™ and market interpretation tools
• Franchise Match™, Deal Flow Intelligence™ and opportunity discovery modules
• Partner Match & Chat™ and verified user communication tools
• Opportunity Dashboard™, execution tracking and workflow support
• Institutional partnership, enterprise deployment and co-branded access structures

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the platform. You may not use Water of Wealth AI™ if doing so would violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, restrictions or platform policies.

Certain modules, features, partnership areas or institutional services may require additional approval, verification, qualification or eligibility review.

4. Accounts, Verification & Access

Access to Water of Wealth AI™ may be controlled, screened or verified. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting a form, creating an account, requesting access, applying for institutional use or participating in partner matching.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share account access with unauthorised users.
• Corporate, team or institutional access may require a separate agreement.
• Water of Wealth AI™ may suspend, restrict or terminate access for inaccurate information, misuse, fraud risk, abuse or policy violation.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Certain features, membership tiers, verification steps, application reviews, premium modules, institutional deployments or advisory-support services may require payment. Prices, access rights and billing terms may vary by plan, region, partnership model or service category.

Application, verification, onboarding, setup, access, subscription or institutional fees may be non-refundable once review, onboarding, verification, platform setup, access provisioning or service work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any optional premium support, advisory-related engagement, enterprise deployment or bespoke institutional service should be confirmed separately before activation.

6. No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

7. Opportunities, Deals & Partner Matching

Water of Wealth AI™ may display, organise, route or match users with opportunities, partners, businesses, franchises, investors, founders, institutions or deal-flow signals. These features do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or recommendation to proceed.

• Users must conduct independent due diligence before acting.
• Water of Wealth AI™ does not guarantee partner quality, opportunity outcome, funding, returns, profitability or successful execution.
• Partner Match & Chat™ is a communication and matching layer, not a guarantee of transaction completion.
• Users are responsible for their own negotiations, agreements, compliance, contracts and professional reviews.

8. AI Output & Accuracy

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your specific situation. You must independently verify all information before relying on it.

Water of Wealth AI™ may improve, modify, update, retrain or replace AI systems, prompts, modules, workflows and outputs without prior notice.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Water of Wealth AI™ or use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or harmful activity.

• No false identity, impersonation or misleading opportunity claims.
• No spam, harassment, abusive messaging or unauthorised scraping.
• No posting illegal, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
• No attempt to bypass access controls, security systems or verification rules.
• No use of platform content to create competing products without permission.

10. Intellectual Property

Water of Wealth AI™, AI Wealth Builder™, Wealth Intelligence Stack™, modules, page designs, workflows, brand names, trademarks, interface elements, copy, visuals, logic, dashboards and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Water of Wealth AI™ unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, scrape, republish or create derivative works from platform materials without written permission.

11. Data & Privacy

Platform use may involve submission of personal, business, investment, opportunity, profile, communication, transaction or institutional information. Use of data is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable platform notices.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water of Wealth AI™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or lost-profit damages arising from platform use, AI outputs, user decisions, partner interactions, opportunities, transactions, third-party services or business outcomes.

You use the platform at your own risk and remain responsible for your decisions, due diligence, compliance and outcomes.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Water of Wealth AI™, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, employees and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, submitted content, partner interactions or business/investment decisions.
