Users must interact with the platform in a lawful, accurate, professional and commercially responsible manner. The platform must not be used to mislead others, bypass compliance boundaries, promote harmful activity or abuse partner access.
Submit truthful information
Account details, opportunity submissions, investor profiles, partner requests and business information must be accurate and not intentionally misleading.
Use access responsibly
Users must not exploit platform access, partner matching, deal flow visibility or intelligence outputs for fraud, impersonation, spam or manipulation.
Respect legal limits
The platform must not be used to request, provide or distribute regulated advice, unlawful investment offers, misleading claims or prohibited financial promotions.
How users may use the platform.
Water of Wealth AI™ may be used for legitimate business intelligence, opportunity discovery, wealth strategy organization, partner matching, market interpretation, deal flow review and execution-support activity.
Activities not allowed on the platform.
These rules protect the quality of the Water of Wealth AI™ network, the integrity of the intelligence environment, and the safety of users, partners and institutions.
How misuse is handled.
Use AI intelligence responsibly.
AI-generated outputs, dashboards, rankings, signals, match suggestions and opportunity interpretations are decision-support tools. They must not be treated as guarantees, regulated advice, investment recommendations or substitutes for independent due diligence.
Use introductions professionally.
Partner Match & Chat™, private deal pathways, institutional discussions and opportunity routing must be used for genuine business purposes only.
Security and system protection.
Users may not interfere with Water of Wealth AI™ systems, attempt unauthorized access, test vulnerabilities without written permission, overload infrastructure, bypass access controls, scrape protected information or use automation in a way that harms platform performance or security.
Content and submission responsibility.
Users are responsible for all information, documents, messages, opportunities, business summaries, financial ranges, partner requests and profile data submitted through the platform. Water of Wealth AI™ may remove or restrict content that violates this policy.
Actions Water of Wealth AI™ may take.
If this policy is violated, Water of Wealth AI™ may take appropriate action depending on severity, risk, user history, legal requirements and platform impact.
Restriction or suspension
Access to accounts, modules, partner pathways, submissions or communication features may be restricted, suspended or removed.
Removal or correction
Misleading, harmful, unlawful, inaccurate or unauthorized content may be removed, corrected, rejected or escalated for review.
Compliance or legal review
Serious misuse may be escalated for compliance assessment, partner notification, legal review, regulator cooperation or law enforcement reporting where required.
